Model API
Codex CLI
Empty round fields inherit the host Codex CLI default. Recommended latency profile: round1=low, round2=high, round3=xhigh.
Unchecked means TicketBot forces Codex CLI round-based analysis to stay off live web search and rely on local evidence plus TicketBot-prefetched related references.
Checked means TicketBot adds --disable plugins to its owned Codex CLI runs to avoid unrelated plugin sync and manifest startup overhead.
OpenAI-compatible Vision
Purpose: model inference entry. Recommended model_name=gpt-5.
Jira
Purpose: read tickets and write comments back. Recommended to use a dedicated bot account.
Clinic
Purpose: provide Clinic metrics child processes the API key required for metrics retrieval. Endpoint is inferred from Clinic incident links.
Trigger / Assign
NAID). Save auto-appends trailing - for Jira key matching.TEAM means all tickets in selected Repo are admitted by default, then listed assignees are excluded. PERSONAL means only listed assignees are included.<field> in v1,v2 or <field> not_in v1,v2.internal_comment_author_domains: domains treated as internal commenters. bot_mention_tokens: mention tokens that allow bot handling for internal comments in TEAM mode.
Standard Params
0 keeps the auto-split branch budget.0 disables the extra local round 3 cutoff and uses process_timeout_seconds as the outer guardrail.Debug mode writes per-ticket evidence files (stage traces, failure reasons, confidence details) to analysis_debug_dump_dir. This data powers dashboard drill-down.
Portal Storage
Saving reopens the portal storage runtime. TiDB is pinged during hot reload, so a successful save plus a green status means the backend storage path is ready.
Advanced Runtime Config (Full JSON)
Edit the full runtime payload from /admin/config when standard fields are not enough.
Secrets and Rotation
Includes locally generated tokens (webhook_token, admin_token, redaction_secret) and configured API credentials. Secrets are masked by default.
